Oh . . . Did you read the article? Just silly (scary) food politics in action in the US. The USDA came out in support of Meatless Mondays but had to take it back after the cattle folks blew a louie. Now Congressmen in Iowa are calling for More Meat Mondays – they’re going to eat twice as much meat to make up for those of us who go meatless once a week. Just foolishness.
